Personal data processing policy
1. General Provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy (the "Privacy Policy") is prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and establishes the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data implemented by Self-Employed Individual Vladislav Dmitrievich Zaytsev (the "Operator");
1.1. The Operator’s primary goal and condition for conducting its activities is to respect human and citizen rights and freedoms in the processing of their personal data, including the protection of privacy, personal and family secrets;
1.2. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://vlad.marketing.

  • Only data relevant and necessary to the stated purposes is processed;
  • Data accuracy and timeliness are ensured;
  • Data is stored no longer than required.

  • Conclusion, execution, and termination of civil-law contracts;
  • Contact information such as full name, e-mail address, phone number, Telegram username, WhatsApp number, additional web links to projects;
  • Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, destruction, anonymization, and sending information emails;
  • The Operator may use your personal data to send you marketing communications, newsletters, and service updates. You may opt out at any time.

7. Conditions for Processing Personal Data
  • Processing based on the consent of the data subject;
  • Processing required by international treaties, laws, or court orders;
  • Processing for legitimate interests without infringing on the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

8. Procedure for Collection, Storage, Transfer, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
  • Security is ensured through legal, organizational, and technical measures;
